Nature v. Man-Made

These photos all connect with the concept of lines. Many of the vines pictured here twist between fences, power lines, mailbox stands, and more. In addition, the striking staff of the American flag pierces the landscape, connecting a line from the ground up into the sky. Some lines, however, are invisible, the cow pictured, "Minnie," has an invisible line drawn from her gaze at the artificial tag attached to her ear. The electric fence that keeps the cows in line, and in their pen, is pictured below, with a cow looking on past. Lines are all around us, if we simply take the time to notice.
